MYER is made up of a number of distinct team environments:

    Store Teams

    MYER department stores have become an icon in the Australian retail industry. Roles range from the Service and Selling team, Visual Merchandising team and the Management team, which include Operations, Merchandise and Store Managers.

    National Support Office Teams

    The MYER Support Office is responsible for the daily management of our business. Departments include Merchandise Buying, Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain and the Executive Group. Roles range from Category Buying Assistants to Systems Analysts.

    Regional Distribution Centre Teams

    MYER Distribution Centres are responsible for receiving merchandise from local and overseas suppliers for distribution and delivery to our stores. Roles range from DC Team Members, Administrative roles, Operations Managers and Regional Distribution Centre Managers.

    Executive Group

    The Executive Group manages and directs the business strategy of MYER’s visions and goals.
