MYER one Benefits
From 20 October 2025, Benefits will be allocated to Members on a pro-rata basis, reflecting the portion of the remaining Membership Year, ending 31 March 2026. From 1 April 2026, a Member will receive the Benefits for the Membership Year.
You can earn MYER one Points under the Partner Card Linked Program from 1 November 2025.

MYER ONE IS THE CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM FOR THE MYER GROUP IN AUSTRALIA. YOU SHOULD READ THESE MYER ONE TERMS AND THE PRIVACY POLICY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE MYER ONE PROGRAM. BY REGISTERING AS A MEMBER, SCANNING OR ENTERING YOUR MYER ONE CARD INSTORE, SHOPPING ONLINE, REGISTERING VIA THE MYER ONE APP (WHETHER A TEMPORARY CARD OR REGISTERED CARD), OR USING ANY MYER ONE REWARD OR MEMBER BENEFIT, YOU AGREE THAT THESE MYER ONE TERMS WILL APPLY TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM
1. Definitions
App means the MYER one App.
Bonus Points are extra MYER one Points in addition to the Standard MYER one Points.
Card Linked Program means the program where Members can link their Eligible Payment Card to their MYER one Account to earn Points when making eligible purchases with participating Partners.
Eligible Payment Card is an Australian issued Mastercard and Visa personal credit card and debit card, as well as EFTPOS card. Excludes gift cards, prepaid gift cards and travel cards.
Eligible Transaction is the purchase of goods or services where your MYER one membership details are provided (scanned or entered) at the time of transaction, excluding purchases listed in Appendix A.
Fast Rewards is the automatic conversion of MYER one Points to MYER one Rewards as Members reach 1,000 Points.
Just Group means Just Group Ltd, a Myer Group company. Brands under Just Group are Dotti, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Just Jeans and Portmans.
Member is the individual that is the registered owner of the MYER one Account (including online shopping account).
Member Benefits or Benefits means benefits Members receive as part of the MYER one Program.
Membership Year is the period from 1 April to 31 March. This period determines a Member’s membership Tier.
MY Edition is a curated discovery box containing a selection of products.
MY Reward Days is a Member activated shopping day to earn Bonus Points.
Myer Group means Myer Pty Ltd and Just Group Ltd.
MYER one Account or MYER one Membership is the membership account belonging to a Member accessible via the Myer website (myer.com.au), the App, or any other means as authorised by us.
MYER one Points or Points are points earned with each Eligible Transaction. MYER one Credits and MYER one Points are interchangeable and have the same value.
MYER one Program is the customer loyalty program operated by the Myer Group.
MYER one Rewardsor Rewards means the stored-value digital reward that may be issued to you redeemable at Myer and Just Group stores and online.
MYER one Terms means these terms, being terms of the MYER one Program, as varied from time to time.
MYER one Tier Benefits means the MYER one Rewards and Member Benefits issued or available to Members based on Tier level.
our, us or we means Myer Group.
Partner is a business where Members can earn MYER one Points outside of the Myer Group.
Points Banking allows Members to save their MYER one Points instead of using Points for Fast Rewards.
Redemption Period means the period determined and communicated by Myer, during which a Member may redeem a Benefit.
Standard MYER one Points means 2 MYER one Points earned for each Dollar spent on Eligible Transactions at the Myer Group, as varied from time to time.
Tier refers to a Member’s membership level based on the Member’s accumulated spend during a Membership Year. Tier levels determine the Benefits and Rewards available to a Member.
you or your is a reference to you, as a Member of the MYER one Program.
Website means www.myer.com.au, or any other site operated on behalf of the Myer Group, as notified from time to time.
2. Membership
2.1 Participation in the MYER one Program is open to individuals 15+ years of age with a unique email address and an Australian residential address. If you are under 18 years of age, you need the consent of your parent or guardian before joining.
2.2 Joining is free. You can register and join the MYER one Program instore or online at Myer, Dotti, Jacqui E, Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans or by downloading and joining via the App. When joining instore, a team member will record your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and postcode at the register. To complete your Membership, you must click on the SMS link sent to you and confirm and provide all details requested.
2.3 You must advise us of any change of name, address, email, or other details as soon as practicable after the change. We are not responsible for any loss of Rewards or Benefits in connection with your failure to notify us of any change in your details. We may require acceptable proof in relation to any change of details. Changes can be made directly via the Website or the App. In the case of a change to your email, please call the Myer Experience Centre on 13 69 37 or you can add or update your email address in-store at Myer.
2.4 Only one membership can be held per person and cannot be transferred. We may merge, close or delete any MYER one Accounts we reasonably deem as a duplicate account or opened by the same individual. MYER one Points will not be transferred in the instance of MYER one Account closure or deletion.
2.5 Myer collects personal information from Members for the purpose of facilitating the MYER one Program. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Myer Privacy Policy.
3. MYER one Points
3.1 You can earn MYER one Points in several ways:
• Instore or online – provide your MYER one card or membership number prior to the completion of your Eligible Transaction in store or enter your membership number online prior to checkout.
• Partners via the Card Linked Program – link your Eligible Payment Card to earn Points at our Partners.
• Bonus Points - earned during promotional periods or incentive days communicated by us from time to time.
3.2 MYER one Points can only be earned by you for your own personal shopping. MYER one Points cannot be earned on purchases of commercial quantities of goods or services, or any purchases which are or could reasonably be considered for commercial purposes (including the sale of goods), as reasonably determined by us.
3.3 MYER one Points are earned on Eligible Transactions and generally processed to your MYER one Account:
• within 24 hours for transactions made instore and when your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched for online orders;
• within 30 days from the end of a promotional offer period including Bonus Points offers such as MY Reward Days; and
• within the timeframe agreed between Myer and Partners of the Card Linked Program.
3.4 We may deduct MYER one Points from your MYER one Account that have been credited in error; that relate to an Eligible Transaction which has been cancelled, refunded, or reversed; that relates to a fraudulent transaction; or where we reasonably believe the purchase was for a commercial purpose.
3.5 MYER one Points will expire two years from the date of issue to your MYER one Account if not converted into MYER one Rewards. Points will only convert to MYER one Rewards where the minimum threshold of 1,000 Points has been achieved, except where you have chosen Points Banking. To avoid losing your Points, ensure you periodically convert your MYER one Points to MYER one Rewards.
4. MYER one Rewards
4.1 For every 1,000 MYER one Points earned you will receive a $10 MYER one Reward as a Fast Reward, unless you have selected Points Banking. You can activate Points Banking by selecting ‘Bank Points’ in the My Account section of the Website or via the App. There is no limit on the number of Points you can bank.
4.2 MYER one Rewards will be available on the App via the ‘Home’ tab, or if you do not have the App, via email. You can also access your MYER one Rewards in the “My Account" section of the Website. Notifications about your Reward will be sent via the App, email or SMS.
4.3 MYER one Rewards are valid for one year from the issue date and must be used before expiry, after which time the remaining balance will be forfeited. The use of the Reward is subject to the MYER one Rewards Terms of Use and is redeemable at Myer and Just Group stores and online, excluding some food and service outlets.
4.4 Where you have chosen to receive Fast Rewards, your MYER one Points will automatically convert to MYER one Rewards as you reach 1,000 Points. Rewards will be available the following day. If you choose Points Banking instead of receiving Fast Rewards, your Points will be banked for future redemption. You can convert your banked Points into Rewards at any time by selecting ‘Fast Rewards’ in the My Account section of the Website or via the App. When converting your banked Points, all banked Points will be converted i.e. you cannot select the number of Points to be converted. Banked Points will expire two years from the purchase date.
4.5 The maximum MYER one Reward that can be issued to a Member in a single day is $950. If your total MYER one Reward amount exceeds $950, you will receive the remaining Reward value on subsequent days (provided it is within the daily limit).
4.6 MYER one Rewards are earned in Australian dollars. GST does not apply to the issuance and redemption value of MYER one Rewards.
5. MYER one Tiers
5.1 MYER one Membership is tiered according to your accumulated spend at Myer during a Membership Year and from 26 August 2025 includes spend at Just Group.
Membership Tiers:
• Members – spend between $0 and up to $749.99.
• Silver Members – spend between $750 and $2,499.99.
• Gold Members – spend $2,500 or more.
• Platinum Members - by invitation only.
5.2 Spend at Partners do not contribute to your Tier.
5.3 You may upgrade to a higher Tier during the Membership Year when your spend qualifies. If you upgrade during a Membership Year, your Benefits will be adjusted to reflect the Benefits of the new tier for the balance of the Membership Year. This is provided that those Benefits are yet to be made available and your upgrade to that Tier is prior to the Redemption Period for that Benefit.
6. MYER one Benefits
6.1 The Member Benefits by Tier:
Benefits may be issued and change from time to time at our discretion and on terms we determine at the time offer. All Benefits are subject to availability. Specific conditions apply to certain Benefits
Birthday Reward & Anniversary Reward
To receive Birthday and Anniversary Reward, you must:
• have a valid email address in your MYER one Account and be opted in to receive marketing communications;
• have been a Member for at least one month prior to your birthday or one year for anniversary;
• spent a minimum of $30 each Membership Year; and
• activated the Birthday or Anniversary Reward sent via email
Complimentary Standard and Big & Bulky Delivery
Free Standard and Big & Bulky Delivery on purchases from Myer online (myer.com.au) and Myer stores within metropolitan Australia.
MY Edition Discovery Dox
To receive your MY Edition, you must:
• have a valid email address in your MYER one Account and be opted in to receive marketing communications;
• activate the MY Edition voucher sent via email; and
• visit a Myer store and present your MYER one membership card and MY Edition voucher at the designated collection area to redeem.
MY Edition boxes are available while stocks last and must be collected by the Member that has earned the Benefit. Activation of the Benefit does not guarantee availability.
Contents of MY Edition boxes may vary and are provided as is. Myer makes no guarantees that a product in the MY Edition box will be suitable for a Member. MY Edition boxes cannot be exchanged or returned.
MY Reward Day
To receive your MY Reward Day, you must:
• have a valid email address in your MYER one Account;
• activate the MY Reward Day prior to your chosen My Reward Day either via the App, in your account or via MY Reward Day email; and
• visit a Myer or Just Group store and present your MYER one membership card for each transaction, or shop online entering your MYER one membership number
Once activated, a MY Reward Day will be available and will be applied to your next shopping day at Myer or Just Group purchase instore and online, up to 11.59pm AEST/AEDST. Bonus Points for MY Reward Days spend is capped at $2,000.00.
MY Reward Day activation cannot be reversed.
Complimentary Beauty Treatments
To receive your complimentary beauty treatment, you must:
• have a valid email address in your MYER one Account and be opted in to receive marketing communications;
• activate the Beauty Treatment voucher sent via email;
• Book your beauty treatment via the link in the email, via the App or your account. A confirmation of your booking will be sent to your registered email address; and
• visit a Myer store and present your MYER one membership card and Beauty Treatment voucher at the commencement of your beauty service. Failure to present the Beauty Treatment voucher may result in the cancellation of the Benefit.
Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Activation of the Benefit does not guarantee availability. One booking per Member. No Shows will result in the cancellation of your Benefit.
Complimentary beauty treatment can only be redeemed by the Member that earned the Benefit. Members under the age of 18 years must seek parent or legal guardian approval to book and attend the beauty treatment.
Complimentary beauty treatment services vary by store and are not tailored to individual Members. We make no representations as to the suitability of any beauty treatment for any Member's particular skin type, condition, or age group. We publish the details of the current beauty treatments available at the time the Benefit becomes available.

Keys to the Store
To receive your Keys to the Store Benefit, you must:
• have a valid email address in your MYER one Account and be opted in to receive marketing communications; and
• follow the booking steps in the email invitation
Keys to the Store is available at selected times during the Membership year, blackout periods apply. Invitations with full Benefit details, including how to book will be sent to Platinum Members when bookings are open. One booking per Member. Bookings are essential and are subject to availability.
Minimum number of guests is 25, maximum of 100 guests.
Keys to the Store is generally between 6pm to 9pm, downtown city store times may vary.
Exclusive Festive Gift
To receive your Exclusive Festive Gift, you must have a valid postal address in your MYER one Account
6.2 Tier Benefits are available for each Tier during each Membership Year (subject to Redemption Periods), and do not carry over. Any Benefits you are entitled to redeem will depend on your Tier prior to the Redemption Period for that Benefit.
Redemption Periods
MY Reward Days and Complimentary Beauty Treatment
• Silver Members can redeem during the Membership Year after activation of Benefit
• Gold Members can redeem each half year after activation of the Benefit, during 1 April - 30 September and 1 October - 31 March
• Platinum Members can redeem each quarter after activation of the Benefit, during 1 April – 30 June, 1 July – 30 September, 1 October – 31 December and 1 January – 31 March
MY Edition discovery box
• Silver Members will receive an email to activate MY Edition voucher in August
• Gold Members will receive an email each half year to activate the MY Edition voucher in April and October
• Platinum Members will receive an email each quarter to activate the MY Edition voucher in February, April, July and October
Keys to the Store
• Platinum Members can redeem during the Membership Year after receipt of email invitation
6.3 If you do not redeem the Benefit during the Redemption Period, the Benefit will be forfeited. Benefits may only be redeemed once during the Redemption Period, unless otherwise stipulated in the offer conditions. If you upgrade after the Redemption Period, the Benefit may not be available as stock may have exhausted. All Benefits are subject to availability.
7. MYER one Program Changes
7.1 We may at any time make changes to the MYER one Terms or MYER one Program including changes to MYER one Rewards, Member Benefits, membership tiers and modifying, suspending or terminating the MYER one Program in whole or in part. We will provide reasonable notice if the change has, in our reasonable opinion, a material and/or detrimental impact on Members or the MYER one Program. Any such notice will be displayed on our Website.
7.2 We reserve the right to transfer Members to other loyalty or rewards program owned, operated, managed or administered by the Myer Group, its 'related bodies corporates' or 'associated entities' as those terms are defined in Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
7.3 Where we change the MYER one Terms, a copy of the revised terms will be available on the Website.
8. Termination
8.1 We may refuse service, limit your access, suspend or terminate your participation in the MYER one Program or entitlement to MYER one Points, MYER one Rewards and/or Member Benefits if we reasonably believe that you:
• no longer meet eligibility requirements of the MYER one Program;
• have acted or may act in breach of the MYER one Terms or relevant online Terms and Conditions;
• have engaged or may engage in fraudulent conduct, or conduct that is suspected to be fraudulent in relation to your MYER one Account or in a claim for allocation of MYER one Points; or
• have engaged or may engage in inappropriate conduct that undermines the legitimate interests of the Myer Group (e.g., theft from a Myer store) or is contrary to law.
We reserve the right to monitor your purchase history to ensure that any MYER one Points, MYER one Rewards and Member Benefits are accumulated legitimately.
8.2 We may block, suspend or terminate the use of MYER one Rewards and/or Member Benefits if we reasonably suspect fraud or improper use of any rewards or benefits issued or where we are required to by applicable laws or regulations.
8.3 We may also cancel your participation in the MYER one Program if there has been an extended period of inactivity on your MYER one Account. This includes temporary and registered accounts. If your MYER one Account is closed due to inactivity, you will need to register for a new MYER one membership. Your account and order history cannot be transferred to your new MYER one membership.
8.4 We may refuse your application for membership if you already have an existing account or if we reasonably suspect that you have engaged in activity that is a ground for terminating membership under clause 8.1.
8.5 We reserve the right to cancel temporary membership cards that remain unregistered for more than 6 months. If we cancel your unregistered temporary membership card, any MYER one Points, MYER one Rewards or Member Benefits earned will be forfeited.
8.6 You may terminate your participation in the MYER one Program at any time by providing written notice via email, MYER one App or at MYER one, REPLY PAID 2215, Melbourne Victoria 8060. You will stop earning MYER one Points from the date of cancellation of your membership and any MYER one Points, MYER one Rewards and Member Benefits will also be forfeited. Deleting the App will not terminate your MYER one Account.
8.7 On cancellation or termination of your membership (whether by you or Myer), we may retain your membership information for record-keeping purposes and, in de-identified form, for data analytics purposes.
9. General Information
9.1 You are solely responsible for any government tax, duty or other charge imposed by law in any country in respect of the MYER one Program, your participation in the MYER one Program, any MYER one Points earned, MYER one Rewards issued or any other transaction within the MYER one Program.
9.2 Any failure or delay by us in exercising our rights under these MYER one Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of the Myer Group.
9.3 Except as provided by law, which cannot lawfully be excluded or modified by agreement, we do not accept any liability to you whatsoever, including for negligent acts or omissions, with respect to the MYER one Program.
9.4 We may provide notice to MYER one Members on the Website, or via email, SMS or push notification through the App (where appropriate). Where we give you notice, you agree that, unless otherwise stated in these MYER one Terms, the notice is deemed to have been provided to you on the date of posting on the Website or email, SMS or push notification transmission, provided in the case of email and SMS, the notice is sent to the last known email address or mobile number (as the case may be) we have for you in connection with the MYER one Program.
APPENDIX A – MYER one Point Exclusions
Purchases of gift cards, delivery fees, multi-use shopping bags, and some food and service outlets do not earn MYER one Points. This list may change from time to time.
