Additional Cardholders

MYER one will move to single member accounts on 5 August 2025. This means MYER one will no longer have Additional Cardholders, and existing Additional Cardholder details will be deleted from the Primary Cardholder account. Where the Additional Cardholder has a Myer Online shopping account, this account will also be deleted and access to the MYER one App using the Additional Cardholder login will be removed on 5 August 2025. MYER ONE IS THE CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM FOR MYER GROUP IN AUSTRALIA. YOU AND YOUR ADDITIONAL CARDHOLDER (IF APPLICABLE) SHOULD READ THESE MYER ONE TERMS AND THE PRIVACY POLICY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE MYER ONE PROGRAM. BY REGISTERING AS A MEMBER, SCANNING OR ENTERING YOUR MYER ONE CARD INSTORE, SHOPPING ONLINE, REGISTERING VIA THE MYER ONE APP (IN EACH CASE WHETHER A TEMPORARY CARD, REGISTERED CARD OR ADDITIONAL CARDHOLDER CARD), OR USING ANY MYER ONE REWARD OR MEMBER BENEFIT, YOU AGREE THAT THESE MYER ONE TERMS WILL APPLY TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.

1. Definitions

Additional Cardholder is a person nominated by the Primary Cardholder (Member) to earn MYER one Credits allocated to the Primary Cardholder’s MYER one Account until 4 August 2025 (at which time Additional Cardholders will be removed).

App means the MYER one App.

Bonus Credits are extra MYER one Credits in addition to the Standard MYER one Credits that may be earned as a result of promotional or incentive programs offered from time to time.

Dollar or $ means Australian dollars, inclusive of GST.

Eligible Transaction is a purchase of goods or services where your MYER one membership details are provided (scanned or entered) at the time of purchase, excluding transactions listed in Appendix A.

Just Group means Just Group Limited, a member of the Myer Group.

Member (Primary Cardholder) is the individual who signed up to the MYER one Program and owner of the MYER one Account (including online shopping account).

Member Benefits means benefits Members and/or Additional Cardholder  receive as part of the MYER one Program, which can be MYER one Credits, Bonus Credits, digital rewards, event invitations, promotional offers, priority sales or discount codes. Terms may apply to some benefits.

Membership Year is the period from 1 April to 31 March. This period will determine the membership tier.

Myer Group means Myer Pty Ltd, and Just Group Ltd.

MYER one Account or MYER one Membership is the membership account belonging to a Member accessible via the Myer website (myer.com.au), MYER one website (myerone.com.au), the App or any other means as authorised by us.

MYER one Credits means the credits earned with each Eligible Transaction.

MYER one Program is the customer loyalty program operated by the Myer Group.

MYER one Quarterly Rewards means the MYER one Reward issued to you each Program Quarter based on Credits earned.

MYER one Rewards means the stored-value digital reward that may be issued to you. The digital reward can be used towards purchases at Myer stores and online at myer.com.au, and from 1 August 2025 Just Group stores and online (for Dotti, Portmans, Jacqui E, Jay Jays and Just Jeans brands).

MYER one Tier Benefits means the MYER one Rewards and Member Benefits  issued or available to Members based on your membership tier, such as Birthday and Anniversary Rewards.

Myer Online Terms means the Myer online shopping terms located on the Website, as varied from time to time.

Our, Us or We means Myer Group.

Partner is a business where Members (and Additional Cardholders) can earn MYER one Credits outside of Myer stores or the Website.

Privacy Policy means the Myer Privacy Policy published on the MYER one website (www.myerone.com.au) and the Myer website (www.myer.com.au), as varied from time to time.

Program Quarter (for MYER one Quarterly Rewards) means each of the following periods:

a) 1 January – 31 March; MYER one Rewards earned in this quarter will generally be issued by mid-April.

b) 1 April – 30 June; MYER one Rewards earned in this quarter will generally be issued by mid-July.

c) 1 July – 30 September; MYER one Rewards earned in this quarter will generally be issued by mid-October.

d) 1 October – 31 December; MYER one Rewards earned in this quarter will generally be issued by mid-January.

Quarterly Mailer means the update (which may include the MYER one Quarterly Rewards) sent to eligible Members quarterly, either via the App, email or post.

Standard MYER one Credits means 2 MYER one Credits earned for each Dollar spent on Eligible Transactions at the Myer Group, as varied from time to time.

MYER one Terms means these terms, being terms of the MYER one Program, as varied from time to time.

You or your is a reference to the Primary Cardholder (Member) that holds the MYER one Account.

Website means www.myer.com.au, or any other site operated on behalf of the Myer Group, as notified from time to time.

2. Your Participation and Membership

2.1 Participation in the MYER one Program is open to individuals 15+ years of age with a unique email address and an Australian residential address. If you are under 18 years of age, you need the consent of your parent or guardian before joining.

2.2 You can register and join the MYER one Program:

a) at any Myer store (and Just Group store from 1 August 2025);

b) by completing the online join process at myerone.com.au or myer.com.au; or

c) by downloading and joining via the App.

Joining is free. Once joined, a single login using your registered MYER one email address will log you into a Myer online shopping account at myer.com.au (automatically set up for you at the time of registration for the MYER one Program), myerone.com.au and the App.

2.3 MYER one membership is tiered according to your spend (including the spend of your Additional Cardholder, if any, until 4 August 2025) at Myer each Membership Year:

a) MYER one Members - between $0 and up to $1,499.99

b) Silver MYER one Members - between $1,500 and $5,999.99

c) Gold MYER one Members - $6,000 or more

d) Platinum MYER one Members are by invitation only.

2.4 Spend at Partners is not included in determining your MYER one membership tier. Dotti, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Just Jeans and Portmans are Partners of the MYER one Program.

2.5 You must advise us of any change of name, address, email, or other details (including the details of an Additional Cardholder, if any, until 4 August 2025) as soon as practicable after the change. We are not responsible for any loss of MYER one Rewards or Member Benefits made available to Members in connection with any failure by you to notify us of any change in your details or those of an Additional Cardholder. We may require acceptable proof in relation to any change of details. Changes can be made directly via myerone.com.au, via the App or by contacting the Myer Experience Centre. You can add or update your email address at one of our registers in-store.

2.6 Only one membership can be held per person, and you cannot transfer your membership to another person. We may merge, close or delete any accounts we reasonably deem as opened by the same individual. MYER one Credits will not be transferred in the instance of account closure or deletion.

3. Additional Cardholders

3.1 You may have an Additional Cardholder linked to your MYER one Account that earns MYER one Credits on your behalf. From 5 August 2025, MYER one is moving to single Member accounts. This means that the Additional Cardholder will no longer be linked to your account and their details will be deleted.

3.2 The Additional Cardholder can only make changes to their own email and phone number (where provided), not to the Primary Cardholder’s details. The Additional Cardholder can remove themselves from the membership if they no longer wish to participate in the MYER one Program by contacting the Myer Experience Centre. Once removed, the Additional Cardholder will lose access to their Myer online account (including order history) and the App.

3.3 By nominating an Additional Cardholder, you warrant that the Additional Cardholder consents to participate in the MYER one Program, and you will:

a) ensure that the Additional Cardholder reads and complies with these MYER one Terms;

b) ensure that the Additional Cardholder agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and

c) be liable for any breaches of these MYER one Terms by the Additional Cardholder as if that breach was a breach by you.

4. MYER one Credits

4.1 To earn MYER one Credits, you (or your Additional Cardholder until 4 August 2025) must provide a MYER one Card or membership number prior to the completion of your Eligible Transaction at point of sale or before checkout for online purchases.

4.2 Bonus Credits may be earned during promotional periods or incentive days communicated from time to time.

4.3 MYER one Credits are allocated to each Eligible Transaction and generally added to your MYER one Account:

a) generally within 24 hours for transactions made in-store;

b) generally within 24 hours of receiving confirmation that ‘your order is ready for delivery’ for online orders; and

c) within 30 days from the end of a promotional offer period.

4.4 MYER one Credits can only be earned by Members (or Additional Cardholders until 4 August 2025) for their own personal shopping. MYER one Credits cannot be earned on purchases of commercial quantities of goods or services, or any purchases which are or could reasonably be considered for commercial purposes (including the sale of goods), as reasonably determined by us, Member Benefits such as free delivery may not be applied to such purchases at our discretion.

4.5 We may deduct MYER one Credits from your MYER one Account that have been credited in error; that relate to an Eligible Transaction which has been cancelled, refunded, or reversed; that relates to a fraudulent transaction; or where we reasonably believe the purchase was for a commercial purpose.

4.6 MYER one Credits will expire 2 years from the date of issue to your MYER one Account if they are not converted into MYER one Rewards.

5. MYER one Quarterly Rewards

5.1 For every 1,000 MYER one Credits earned at the end of each Program Quarter, you will receive a $10 MYER one Quarterly Reward. MYER one Quarterly Rewards are valid for one year from the issue date and must be used before expiry, after which time the remaining balance will be forfeited. The use of the reward is subject to the MYER one Rewards Terms of Use and is redeemable for goods or services at Myer and Just Group (from 1 August 2025) stores and on-line, excluding some concessions (e.g. in-store services such as cafes/salons, alteration services and formal hire).

5.2 MYER one Credits earned, but which have not converted into a MYER one Reward, will be carried over into the next Program Quarter provided the credits have not expired or been cancelled, reversed, or the purchase that earned the credits refunded. The maximum MYER one Credits carried over to the next Program Quarter will not exceed 999 MYER one Credits.

5.3 MYER one Credits are recognised and available for conversion into MYER one Quarterly Rewards after they are successfully issued to your MYER one Account (and not cancelled, reversed, or the purchase that earned the credits refunded).

5.4 MYER one Quarterly Rewards will be sent to the Primary Cardholder via the MYER one App, or if not downloaded and logged into the App, via email. To receive rewards via email, you must have a valid email address on your account and have agreed to receive MYER one Reward emails. If you have logged out or deleted the App, you must re-login (and where applicable re-download the App) to access any eligible MYER one Rewards.  In some circumstances, Quarterly rewards may be sent by post. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from the end of the quarter for delivery.

6. MYER one Tier Benefits

6.1 The below table outlines the Member Benefits by membership tier.

  1. To receive Birthday and Anniversary Rewards and other Member Benefits, you must have a valid email address in your account and be opted in to receive marketing emails. To receive Birthday Rewards, you must have been a Member for at least one month prior to your birthday and have spent a minimum of $30. The minimum spend of $30 is required each year.
  2. Gold and Platinum Members receive free standard delivery on purchases from Myer online (myer.com.au) within metropolitan Australia. Excludes items that require Big and Bulky delivery.
  3. Platinum Members receive complimentary Big & Bulky delivery on purchases from Myer stores and online (myer.com.au) within metropolitan Australia.

MYER one Tier Benefits such as free gift wrapping for Gold and Platinum Members, free standard delivery and free Big and Bulky delivery may not be applied to purchases reasonably believed to be commercial purchases, in line with clause 4.4 of these MYER one Terms. A maximum of 100 gifts per Member per day can be gift wrapped in-store.

7. MYER one Program Changes

7.1 We may at any time make changes to the MYER one Terms or MYER one Program (including changes to MYER one Rewards, Member Benefits, membership tiers, or terminating the MYER one Program in whole or in part). We will provide reasonable notice if the change has, in our reasonable opinion, a material and detrimental impact on Members (or Additional Cardholders) or the MYER one Program. Any such notice will be displayed on our Website. You agree that you will notify your Additional Cardholder (if any) of any material change.

7.2 Where we change the MYER one Terms, a copy of the revised terms will be available on the Website.

8. Termination

8.1 We may refuse service, limit your access, suspend or terminate your or an Additional Cardholders participation in the MYER one Program or entitlement to MYER one Credits, MYER one Rewards and/or Member Benefits if we reasonably believe that you have, or an Additional Cardholder:

a) no longer meet eligibility requirements of the MYER one Program;

b) has or may act in breach of the MYER one Terms or Myer Online Terms;

c) has engaged or may engage in fraudulent conduct, or conduct that is suspected to be fraudulent in relation to your MYER one Account or in a claim for allocation of MYER one Credits; or

d) has engaged or may engage in inappropriate conduct that undermines the legitimate interests of the Myer Group (e.g., theft from a Myer Group store) or is contrary to law.

We reserve the right to monitor your purchase history to ensure that any MYER one Credits, MYER one Rewards and Member Benefits are accumulated legitimately.

8.2 We may block, suspend or terminate the use of Myer Rewards and/or Member Benefits if we reasonably suspect fraud or improper use of any rewards or benefits issued or where we are required to by applicable laws or regulations.

8.3 We may also cancel your participation (and your Additional Cardholder’s participation) in the MYER one Program if there has been an extended period of inactivity on your MYER one Account. This includes temporary and registered accounts. If your MYER one Account is closed due to inactivity, you will need to register for a new MYER one membership.

8.4 We may refuse your application for membership if you already have an existing account or if we reasonably suspect that you have engaged in activity that is a ground for terminating membership under clause 8.1.

8.5 We reserve the right to cancel temporary membership cards that remain unregistered for more than 6 months. If we cancel your unregistered temporary membership card, any MYER one Credits, MYER one Rewards or Member Benefits earned will be forfeited.

8.6 You may terminate your participation (and your Additional Cardholder’s participation) in the MYER one Program at any time by providing written notice via email at myerone2@myer.com.au or at MYER one, REPLY PAID 2215, Melbourne VICTORIA 8060. You will stop earning MYER one Credits from the date of cancellation of your membership and any MYER one Credits, MYER one Rewards and Member Benefits will also be forfeited.

8.7 On receiving notification of termination from you, your MYER one Account will be recorded on the MYER one database as closed. You will no longer be able to login via myer.com.au, myerone.com.au and the App. Deleting the App will not terminate your MYER one Account.

8.8 On cancellation or termination of your membership (whether by you or Myer), we may retain your membership information for record-keeping purposes and, in de-identified form, for data analytics purposes.

9. General Information

9.1 You are solely responsible for any government tax, duty or other charge imposed by law in any country in respect of the MYER one Program, your participation in the MYER one Program, any MYER one Credits earned, MYER one Rewards issued or any other transaction within the MYER one Program.

9.2 Any failure or delay by us in exercising our rights under these MYER one Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of the Myer Group.

9.3 Except as provided by law, which cannot lawfully be excluded or modified by agreement, Myer Group does not accept any liability to you or your Additional Cardholder whatsoever, including for negligent acts or omissions, with respect to the MYER one Program.

9.4 We may provide notice to MYER one Members on the Website, or in writing by post, email, SMS or push notification through the App (where appropriate). You must notify any Additional Cardholder of any notice provided in accordance with these MYER one Terms. Where we give you notice, you agree that, unless otherwise stated in these MYER one Terms, the notice is deemed to have been provided to you and your Additional Cardholder (as the case may be):

a) if by post, on the date of actual receipt of the notice or on the date it would have been delivered in the ordinary course of post, or

b) in the case of email or SMS, on the date of email or SMS transmission, provided in all cases the notice is sent to the last known address, email address or mobile number (as the case may be) we have for you in connection with the MYER one Program.

APPENDIX A – MYER one Credit Exclusions

Purchases of gift cards, delivery fees, multi-use shopping bags, Mural Hall and some food and service outlets do not earn MYER one Credits. This list may change from time to time.
