    Change Of Mind Returns

    If you’ve changed your mind, we offer refunds or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note, exchanges are available for in-store purchases only. Online orders are eligible for a refund instead.

    For purchases made in November and December, refunds or exchanges are accepted up until 31 January the following year.

    To be eligible for return, items must meet the criteria below, along with the additional conditions outlined in our full Returns Policy:

    • The return is made within 30 days of purchase (or end of January for items purchased in November or December)
    • Items are unworn or in their original condition
    • Items are not clearance, reduced to clear or Big & Bulky
    • Items are not listed as exclusions in our Returns Policy
    • You have acceptable proof of purchase

    Damaged Or Faulty Returns

    As a customer, you are entitled to certain guarantees whenever you make a purchase from Myer. These guarantees are called Consumer Guarantees and they are not impacted by the change of mind policy or the 30 day return limit.

    Returning Items Purchased In Store

    Items purchased in-store (except Big & Bulky items) can be taken back to any Myer store.

    If you have proof of purchase and the return meets our policy, we will be able to process an exchange (if available) or refund on the spot.

    Items purchased in-store cannot be returned by post.

    Returning Items Purchased Online

    Items purchased online (except Big & Bulky items) can be taken back to any Myer store.

    If you have proof of purchase and the return meets our policy, we will be able to process a refund on the spot.

    Alternatively, you can lodge a return online through Australia Post or ParcelPoint. Once your item has been returned, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

    Return With ParcelPoint

    ParcelPoint

    To return your item with ParcelPoint, please ensure the item:

    • Was purchased on myer.com.au
    • Meets our Returns Policy requirements
    • Is no bigger than 120cm cubic dimensions and weighs no more than 10kg (roughly the size of a carry-on suitcase) If it’s larger or heavier, check the Australia Post size restrictions below.

    Then follow the steps below:

    1. Head to the ParcelPoint Myer returns page
    2. Choose your most convenient ParcelPoint location and complete the form to lodge your return
    3. Pay any applicable fee (Change of Mind returns through ParcelPoint cost $10.95)
    4. Print the returns label and attach it to the parcel
    5. Drop it off at your chosen ParcelPoint location

    We recommend keeping a record of your return tracking number so you can follow the progress of your return. Once your item has been returned, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

    Return With Australia Post

    Australia Post

    To return your item with Australia Post, please ensure the item:

    • Was purchased on myer.com.au
    • Meets our Returns Policy requirements
    • Is no longer than 105cm and weighs no more than 22kg. If it’s larger or heavier, please call the Myer Customer Service Centre on 13 MYER (13 69 37)

    Then follow the steps below:

    1. Select your state below to go to the relevant Australia Post returns page
    2. Choose your most convenient drop off location and complete the form to lodge your return
    3. Pay any applicable fee (Change of Mind Returns through Australia Post cost $14.95)
    4. Print the returns label and attach it to the parcel. If you don't have a printer, simply download the label and present the barcode at a participating Australia Post location and they will print it for you
    5. Drop it off at your chosen Australia Post location:


    We recommend keeping a record of your return tracking number so you can follow the progress of your return. Once your item has been returned, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

    Returning Big & Bulky Items

    Big & Bulky items are large items which will have been delivered to you by courier and include items such as bed frames, mattresses, large furniture and homewares.

    Big & Bulky Goods are not eligible under our 'change of mind' Returns Policy. If your item is faulty please call the Myer Customer Service Centre on 13MYER (13 69 37) as soon as possible.

    Big & Bulky Goods cannot be exchanged or returned instore or by post.

    The Myer Customer Service Centre may ask for you to email through photos of the issue. If your item needs to be returned, a courier will be booked to collect it from you.

    Refunds

    Where possible, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

    If we are not able to do this, we will provide you with a Myer Returns Card to the value of your refund. The card will be valid for three years from the date of issue. It can be used online or in-store for a future Myer purchase.
