MYER one Discovery Set FAQ

How do I redeem my Discovery Set online?

  1. Sign into your account on myer.com.au and start shopping
  2. Add any item to your bag that is $10 or more
  3. In your bag, an option to add the Discovery Set to your order will appear. Select this and proceed with checkout.

Why can’t I see the Discovery Set option in my bag?

  1. Make sure you are logged into your myer.com.au account.

    Visit the login page.

  2. Ensure your MYER one account has been successfully linked to your online account.

    2a. Already a MYER one Member but have not created an online shopping account?

    2b. Already a MYER one Member and have online account, but haven’t

    linked your Membership?  Set up your account                                   

    2c. My MYER one Number is linked to my Myer online account. Why am I not seeing my exclusive Member offers at checkout? You may need to link your account or allocations will be exhausted.

    Re-link your accounthere.

Discovery Sets are also redeemable only once by Platinum Members. If you have already redeemed your Discovery Set, you will be unable to redeem again.


Where is my order?

View the current status of your order with Myer Track My Order by using your Myer order number and contact details. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email from Myer.


Only part of my order has been dispatched or delivered. Will I receive the additional goods I ordered?


Sometimes the items you’ve ordered are stored in different locations around Australia. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we often dispatch the items separately. We’ll let you know via email whether there are any outstanding items that will be delivered separately or need to be collected at a later date. The rest of your order should be with you in no time.

How do I redeem my Discovery Set in-store?

  1. Visit a participating store
  2. Present your MYER one Platinum Card at a Benefit counter
  3. Collect your Discovery Set

Can someone else redeem my Discovery Set on my behalf?

Unfortunately, Platinum Members must be present when redeeming their Discovery Set at a participating store and have their MYER one Platinum Card scanned.
