While our recruitment process varies depending on the position, department and the candidate, here are some tips and tricks to help your application stand out from the crowd.
We only accept online applications
You'll need to provide a personal email address to complete your application. This will be our main way of contacting you, so be sure to check your inbox regularly.
Search for a vacancy
Click any of the ‘Search for a job’ links to start your search within store team or support office roles. Search by job titles, job numbers, work types, locations and categories.
Find a suitable role
Click on available jobs to find out more information, and to see whether the job requirements match your skills and passions.
Select 'apply now'
At this point, you can choose a password, then save and exit. You can log back in and complete your application. Be sure to get your application in by the cut-off date.
Complete and submit your application
Work your way through the questions on the application form. Make sure you’ve filled them all in and don’t forget to double check all your personal details before you submit.
Give detailed answers
We use your answers to assess your skills, experiences and availability against the position you’ve applied for. The more detail you give us, the better we can match you.
Check that all fields have been completed
Many of the questions in the forms are mandatory so you won’t be able to submit your application without filling them in.
Double check your contact details
We’ll get in touch with you first via email, so make sure the address you’ve entered is correct. Keep an eye on your inbox and don’t forget to check your spam folder, just in case.
Submitting multiple applications
Once you’ve applied for a position, your details will be on file. However, if you’d like to apply for more than one, you’ll need to complete separate applications for each.
We match your key skills and experience against the role’s requirements. The next step depends on the role and the candidate but here’s an example of what to expect:
Phone interview
We may give you a call to get some more details or answers to a few preliminary questions.
Video application
For some roles, we’ll ask you to respond with a video. Don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be professionally shot. You can use the camera on your phone or computer.
Group interview
We use group interviews to see how you interact and communicate with others.
Behavioural interview
Your answer should outline your role and how you affected the outcome. We recommend choosing an example from the last two years to best illustrate your experience.
